Settawut was born in Trang, Thailand. He started playing music at the age of 14. First, he played violin, after he got in College of Music, Mahidol University, he began to started playing viola. He studied viola with Dr. Daniel Keasler at College of Music, Mahidol University, from pre- college, undergraduate and master. He also went to South-Korea during the semester break of 2018 and 2019 for taking classes with Erwan Richard.

He participated in masterclasses from international musicians such as: Juliet White-Smith, Pamela L. Ryan, Jennifer Stumm, Patcharaphan Khumprakob, etc.

Settawut has performed as a violist in several orchestra including

– Mahidol Symphony Orchestra

– Thailand Philharmonic Pop Orchestra

– Salaya Chamber Orchestra

– Thailand Philharmonic Orchestra

– Bangkok Metropolitan Orchestra

In 2016, he got 3rd prize “Princess Galyani Vadhana International Ensemble Competition 2016 [String]” Thailand with Salaya Chamber Orchestra
